Will previously spent four years at 11:FS leading global UX/UI projects for major banks and fintechs, followed by two years shaping financial services strategy at Gartner. He currently serves as Global Commercial Lead at Ikigai Digital, overseeing core banking modernization and greenfield transformations with a strong focus on customer-centric UX/UI impact.

His combined strengths in UX/UI strategy, commercialization, and core banking delivery will play a crucial role in scaling orbitX's strategic vision and execution excellence.
